Brandi is an executive coach and accomplished business consultant who brings experience as a two-time start-up Chief Operating Officer, small business and entrepreneurial expert, and coach to her work. She supports high-performance individuals and businesses to help them overcome the challenges that come with transitions or periods of feeling stuck to achieve growth and engagement with a more fulfilling future. Described as an emotionally intelligent leader and authentic, thoughtful motivator, she is passionate about helping others to ‘rise again’ in fierce pursuit of their goals.
During her time as COO, Brandi worked with CEOs to develop and execute corporate strategies for each phase of growth from start-up to operational maturity. She developed and institutionalized all of the necessary tools and resources to foster scalability, quality delivery, and a thriving culture. Leading with a passion for employee engagement, she cultivated custom, employee-centric performance management systems.
Before serving in an executive capacity, Brandi supported many high-profile government clients as a Big-5 management consultant. From business process improvement efforts to complete organizational redesigns, she facilitated the communications and analysis required for effective change management.
On a personal level, she is a wife, mother, and daughter who is a master when it comes down to compartmentalization and chronic over-achievement. Life has taught her about being broken and the importance of dusting yourself off and rising out of the dark holes caused by stress, doubt, loss, and inadequacy when personal crises and transitions occur. She has learned that vulnerability and self-belief can be powerful tools in re-engaging with life and empowering a confident, motivated you to emerge.
Brandi has a B.A. in Business and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as certificates in Executive Leadership and High-Performance Leadership from Cornell University. In addition, she’s a Master Certified Life Coach (MCLC), Certified Practitioner of Change Management, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Talent Optimization Specialist, and Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).
Brandi is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and authorized partner of EverythingDiSC.
