I am a wife, mother, and daughter who is a master when it comes down to compartmentalization and chronic over-achievement. Life has taught me about being broken and the importance of dusting yourself off and rising out of the dark holes caused by stress, doubt, loss, and inadequacy when personal crises and transitions occur. I have learned that vulnerability and self-belief can be powerful tools in re-engaging with life and empowering a confident, motivated you to emerge.

I have a B.A. in Business and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as certificates in Executive Leadership and High-Performance Leadership from Cornell University. In addition, I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified Practitioner of Change Management (Prosci), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Talent Optimization Specialist, and Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). AND just to throw out one more fancy acronym, I am also an authorized partner of Everything DiSC.
